This is not in stone yet, but if Tika keeps eating the way she has, if she keeps drinking milk, and eats her friend Saria, she will be this big soon. Not that I am complaining or anything.

Soon she will need legendary Wraps of Concealment. Basically, a non-attuned magic item used on heavily pregnant women or those with large body parts to hide and be able to walk more easily. It also helps avoid being eaten and when eaten as well as no one expects their meals to grow rapidly.
