June, being a cheeky shapeshifter, has a lot more to her insides than one might guess from looking at her. Here she's shrunk Kara down with a sizegun, juuuust enough that she can hide her away as a pregnant bump.
Inside, Kara is getting the full force of the tentacle madness that the shapeshifter has to offer, being filled up with luminous blue seed.
