Cell Comes to a new timeline and has no clue as to where he is. However, he knows he needs to get more power to fight with Gohan and not fail, therefore, he grabbed a quick lady that was wondering around. Seems she was forgotten here and left alone, so he will quickly absorb her so that he can continue his plot for revenge. Poor Launch seems she will be forgotten when she's absorbed all alone.
