Honestly, I can only hope such a girlfriend has multiple boyfriends (or even a girlfriend) to love and store tight inside her womb, forever more~

I really want to know more about life on this planet in the Andromeda galaxy. I have lots of questions, but I'll ask this one now: do the animals also have this type of sexual dimorphism, with the tiny male and giant female and their particular method of reproduction? It reminds me a bit of the anglerfish here on Earth, where the male is tiny and attaches itself to the larger female and pretty much shrivels away into nothing more than a sperm repository for the female.

I don't know if I should call it a mammal, but any animal with a uterus would probably have the same way.
and, it is true that it is similar to an anglerfish's way.
the difference between humans living in Andromeda and them is that a male who is in uterus offer psychological stability to females and are able to communicate.
by the way, in the worldview of my work, it's a setting that most non-mammals, such as birds and reptiles, have virgin reproduction.
it suggests why men present in the Andromeda are tiny.
however, please understand that I can't describe much about it because my main theme is the unbirth.
