Nice tier but where's akainu also how the fuck is red hair shanks at the very bottom of the list and miss valentine is all way at S

Akainu is in C, I put Shanks in not enough screen time to care bc he has like 6 panels, and I like Ms Valentine purely for design. Though I shouldve put her at like a or B

But shanks should be higher C at least he's still a very important and mysterious character

I haven’t finished Wano so I don’t know if Kaido gets better, but he’s very basic to me besides his amazing design. I should’ve put Akainu way higher, but personally he’s deplorable. I put Shanks at not enough screen time to care cus it was funny
