Ah as P5X comes closer, friend of mine convinced me and encourage me to draw up the mascot character Ruferu. been wanting to myself and as always, the noms were going to be strong

Ruferu was out in the metaverse scouting the hearts for the next target for his partner Wonder. He was taking flight across the rooftops before having a sensation of a stronger shadow in the area… no it was another persona user. He would quietly sneak around trying to find the center of the signal of power. Peering on from a distance to understand them.

Joker and Morgana were simply investigating why the metaverse app reappeared on their phone when they traveled here and wanted to seek out if there was a mementos and possible jails/palaces that existed here. Planning on calling the others if there was a palace here to investigate. The shadows here weren't all that strong as they traveled through with their grappling hooks across the city.

“Feels good to be in the metaverse again, although why would there be shadows appearing here?” Mona pondered during their movements throughout the city

“No idea Mona, but we will get the others once we learn more.” As he swung onto the highest perch of the area. Looking about “Nothing you can find out here?”

“Sorry Joker, I've been out of practice so I can't seem to find the scent of a treasure here much less a Mementos if there was one.”

“Well we just have to continue looking on foot. And collect some shadows along the way. Haven't seen these around while back at home. We should let the others know once we finish looking around here”

Mona nods as they continue onward, Ruferu would sigh wondering about how he was going to bring this up with Wonder. He was about to leave before his stomach growled. He cursed at himself for forgetting to grab something to eat before heading out… then he had a great idea how to solve both issues at once. Disappearing away to set up a trap, all they need is some Treasure to lure them apart.

He would procure some valuable items he had and place them with a shadow in secret. Lying in wait for his plan to continue forward. Mona smelled the air and latched onto the bait and hopped off of Joker spouting off about finding something and going to scout for it. Joker was about to stop him before shadows swarmed him. Leaving morgana alone

He would bound over to the weak shadow and engage it onto it himself. Pouncing at it with his persona for it to drop its treasures. He was unaware of the tonfa that was crashing down onto his head causing him to get knocked out. Ruferu chuckled seeing how easy that was and collected his items before picking Morgana up, enjoying the irony of what’s about to happen as his beak opened up wide. Mona was stuffed down his gullet and slurped down into his stomach. Happy to fill himself up with an appetizer of a meal as he rubbed over his belly

“So Mona was it? A shame to come down to this but hunger won over the need for diplomacy over our turf. I’ll let you go later on but I can't let someone new take the light from our team leader Wonder~”

He smiled kneading over his stomach, squishing him down and letting out a long belch sealing him away deeper within his body, his stomach growling for more as he turned his sights onto Joker. Dashing away to where the shadows were attacking him. Joker was able to handle them off by himself, spending up all of his resources and headed towards where Mona was off too. Ready to hightail out of the metaverse to recover before a flash of black came in front of his view.

Ruferu intercepted Joker happily as his beak was wide open to capture him, gulping down his head and continuing forward to consume the human happily. He tried his best to squirm out but he was spent and couldn't summon Arsen to aid him. He disappeared down with as much ease as Morgana as he was sealed up in a tight stomach. Ruferu letting out another belch as he landed on a different rooftop massaging his full stomach

“Fhew~ That takes care of the both of you and my hunger. I’ll be sure to talk to Wonder about you guys at some point, but for how you both are under the detainment of Cattle. Thank you both for the meal~”

He gave himself plenty of time to enjoy the struggles of Joker before sending him into the same place he stuffed Morgana was in. Licking his beak, a part of him wondering if he’ll get to eat- meet others he mentioned
