It was Power's first patrol with her newly assigned 'Buddy' by the name of Denji, but it had been beyond boring! Not a devil to slaughter in sight! Being accompanied by this Human wasn't exactly ideal either, it wouldn't be hard to get away from him but without a doubt Makima would have her hunted down as a Devil if she tried to flee...

For now she'd just have to bear with it, atleast till she got an opportunity to save Nyako from that damned Bat Devil... Her antsy meandering stopped suddenly as a scent hit her nose however! The unmistakable scent of blood! Of battle!

Peeling off the railing she'd been lazing on beside Denji, she'd leapt full throttle from the roof of the building, eager for the fight! Leaving him in her dust as she entered a freefall, the Devil down below on the streets!

Forming a massive mallet formed of Blood, Power gracefully plummeted several stories down as she prepared to squash her foe!

Meanwhile, below on the ground a lone Civilian Devil Hunter by the name of Kenzo had posted himself up within a phone booth, observing the relatively non-threatening devil meandering about on the street from a safe distance.

"The scene's locked down, Civilians evacuated... Requesting backup at Nerma station" the Devil Hunter informed, this Devil might not have been much of an aggressive threat, but a Devil's a Devil in the end, subject for extermination.

"It's a Sea Cucumber Devil... SEA Cucumber Devil. huh...? I said..." He tried to explain before the misshapen Devil straightened itself up, and launched a glob of some sort of fluid straight up into the air, out of the sight of the Civilian Devil Hunter, who glanced as best he could to the space above the phone booth only to see a massive red hammer plummeting towards him!

Barely managing to push himself out of the phone booth, the wayward Blood Hammer smashed the booth, knocking the civilian Devil Hunter out onto the sidewalk and knocking him out cold as he was caught in the collateral damage.


Power meanwhile, rolled as she hit the ground, having been smacked by the strange glob of greasy fluid the Devil had launched at her mid-fall, she slapped her hands over her chest and legs, wiping the nasty fluid off of her as best she could.

"Blech... What a miserable attack..." Power groaned, cleaning herself off as best as she could despite quite spectacularly failing her preemptive strike, allowing her the time to actually get a good look at the large gelatinous Sea Cucumber Devil that had avoided being squished by her Hammer. It's body smelled like old fish, a mucus soaked pile of flesh with a sole feeding orifice that it pointed toward Power, letting more of it's drool drip onto the concrete.

"Tis a battle! You face the mighty Power!" The Blood Fiend proudly declared, pointing at her foe with a smirk, she might have failed to swiftly dispatch of this foe, but she could certainly exterminate it now! She'd have it turned into a bloodstain before Denji made his way down the countless flights of stairs he no doubt had to run down to catch up to her.

Fiends like herself didn't typically have the power of their full devil forms, but the difference between the Blood Devil and a Sea Cucumber Devil was night and day! Everyone feared the sight of blood! But hardly anyone feared something as odd as a Sea Cucumber! And fear was what gave a Devil their strength!

Power pulled up her sleeve, ready to summon two blades of blood to slice and dice, before her vision blurred, her legs feeling weak...

"Nnnh... W-what manner of trickery...?" Power groaned, she hadn't hit her head when she fell, and simply making the Blood Mallet shouldn't have made her anemic, yet she could hardly stand... Her vision was blurred, and she couldn't seem to move her limbs...

As if sensing the weakness in it's opponent, the Sea Cucumber Devil scuttled it's grotesque body forward, leaving a trail of slime in it's wake as it advanced on the woozy Power, who tried to take a step backwards only to stumble to the ground with a grunt. Her eyes wide as it's shadow loomed over her comparatively tiny form.

"H-hold on now, this isn't fair!" She shouted, trying to push herself away from the now far more intimidating looking Devil, it's mottled blue skin wrinkling as it leaned down and opened it's dark maw, glistening slime oozing from the orifice, the same slop that it had launched at her, a Paralytic poison that stole away her strength and left her partly paralyzed...

The Devil was weak, yes, she'd have effortlessly been able to kill it on any normal day, but it's Paralytic saliva was more than enough to snuff out the strength in Power's limbs... And turn the tides in it's voracious favour.

Power had managed to angle herself away, trying to crawl from the towering freak, but she let out a vulnerable gasp as she felt it's repugnant maw take in her limp feet, slurping them in past the ankles immediately as it set to work at preying upon the delicious Blood Devil.
Attempting to kick her feet free of it's sticky mouth resulted only in her loafers being lost down the Sea Cucumber's throat, letting more of it's paralytic juices coat her bare feet.

"C-cease this...! I am no mere meal! I won't forgive this!" Power shouted, feeling her slender legs be pulled in next as the orifice of the Devil gyrated and slurped her deeper, it could understand her well and fine, but even if it possessed the means to respond it couldn't care less what drivel it's meal spouted off, she was an A+ Meal it would not be giving up!

As it tenderly gulped and sucked, Power's butt and hips pressed taught against it's puckering maw, her pants already sucked clean off her legs as it's drool poured over her weakened form. Despite her attempts to pull herself free, or even simply slowing it's progress by pushing on it's oily body, but she simply had no strength left to protest her role as this thing's prey.

"Hhhnngh.. n-no... Can't... let it..." Power moaned, cheeks flushed a deep red as she tried to push down hard, but resulted only in her arm being trapped against her side as it overtook her hips, and with it's most formidable obstacle overcame, little more could stop it as it raised it's maw skyward, letting gravity aid in conquering Power as it's meal.

With only one hand free to meagerly resist the suction pulling her in, Power's best efforts could only hold her up for a few precious seconds as it swiftly sucked up to her breasts, next overtaking her other arm as it let out another gulp, sucking her up to her neck as she let out a shuddering moan. She had lost, lost to such a pathetic creature... She wasn't sure what was worse, being this thing's meal, or the shame in knowing she'd lost to it to begin with...

With a final wet smack, Power was swallowed whole, her lithe form slipping deep within the Sea Cucumber Devil's body, no strength left in her to even dream of escaping on her own... The Devil sauntering away with it's delicious Fiendish meal in tow, the Devil letting out a satisfied gurgle as Power settled in within it's stomach...

By the Time Denji made it to the ground floor, the creature was long gone, though a trail of it's mucus would provide the only clue as to it and Power's whereabouts...
