Cats in cartoons always seem to embody some of the best attributes of a predator. Sly, sultry, casual, proud, stalking their prey and striking with little to no warning. 'Course, that's nothing that an average person really needs to worry about. That's something more reserved for mice and other rodents of a very small size! Long as you're, y'know, a normal sized person and not some tiny critter, cats shouldn't prove dangerous at all, right?
....Well, so you'd think, until one day, that cat that you brought in off the street shrinks you down from an average-sized person to an average-sized rodent, as Jit here is finding out. Next thing you know, you're fleeing for your life, dealing with the cat sauntering after you, batting at your tail, pinning you to the ground with one paw to liiiiick over your head, smooshing you into its stomach (and you don't remember feeding him that much!), before dragging you over to the food bowl to enjoy you. Some might say it's awful humiliating to be toyed with like a mouse and devoured. But they can't say much of anything, because they're cat food.
