Sometimes people tell stories about big, sentient Pokemon that wander the wilderness. Other people claim to have fun encounters with these big Pokemon, while many more others deny the existence of any nonsense like that. Raichus, as the Pokedex said, were 2 and a half feet tall, nothing more! Anything else was just people fantasizing! Big hot Pokemon out there for trainers to run into and become friends with, or even casual "more than just being friends" sorts of dirty relations? Ridiculous!

Then of course, there's the people that can't tell their story, because they ran into one of those giant Pokemon and never returned. Trainers that lose all their Pokemon to a hungry belly, then end up following them down, a "pink-out" instead of a black-out, if you would. Like this squirrel here! Wandering alone in the woods near his town just to look around, when he met a giant Raichu named Jasper who claimed the two were going to be great friends! And he had a wonderful idea for a game they could play, too. Tug-of-war. Jasper, of course, only failed to mention that the tug-of-war was going to happen between the squirrel and his bowels. Oh, and his bowels never lost.

So, one more trainer ends up disappearing into a Pokemon's belly, never to be seen again. And the rumors continue.
