She is "Implacable".
The character appears in AzurLane, a game in which battleships and aircraft carriers personified by women are fought.
She is dressed like a cleric, but she is very revealing and has horns reminiscent of demonic ones.

Lovely illustration as always even if she isn't a fond of.
Also would like to ask for a request illustration of Z46, also from azur lane? As she's a super sweet girl as well that deserves a nice belly bulging out against her uniform~
