I wonder if milf meat has a different flavor than younger meat.
I assume that different predators have different favorite meals. Such a large meal should keep her stuffed for awhile.

That sounds rather fast from a more realistic perspective, but this is vore and what is kinky overrides realism.
I infer that being able to digest that much meat that fast means Casey is a skilled pred. Of course it could be that you prefer a digestion speed around that range.

I guess that discussing how long it takes to digest the prey adds immersion for me.

Oh I didn’t say she’d be done digesting her meal in a few hours. She just tends to get hungry whilst digesting a meal. So that usually leaves her with a pretty cramped stomach~ ;3

Usually a stomach isn't supposed to send any signals that it is hungry, when it is full. However IRL sometimes mother nature makes mistakes, and things don't work the way they are supposed to. If that is what is going on here, then it would have interesting implications to explore. For example, Casey may be still digesting her milf meal, and start feeling hungry again, and have to control herself. IDK just random thoughts.
