In this Danganronpa Another Episode story, Komaru gets saved by Adam Loren instead of Toko on top of a building after being ejected from the Warriors of hope Excalibur ship. She witnesses the boy's almost unsettling reformation abilities being used only for protecting her and only protecting and not for greedy purposes. Despite being immortal they seem to be normal in every other way.
