Oh. LOL, I getcha.
There's no real in-depth story for this pic. In short, The Demon Witch just used trans-dimensional magic (the ability to travel between dimensions) and "picked up" all these lovely ladies from their respective universes, and then stored them in her cauldrons filled with a special potion that will make them nice and tasty for when she decides to eat them later.

I kind of figured that much. I actually thought you summoned them through the cauldron. And no matter how many times she eats them, she can basically summon them as many times as she wants through the cauldron

Funny thing is Orihime could BODY this witch if she ever bothered to actually USE HER POWERS to their fullest extent. It is unbelievably FRUSTERATING how useless she is, knowing that her power can ALTER THE FABRIC OF TIME!!!!
