Father in law with his delusions of grandeur, decided to try and start farming at the age of 65, buying land and tractors the works but had to take out a loan so he is selling it out from under us listing it while we live here to afford the pay it off....
We had been here for over a year now( living in his old home as he moved up to Ohio to be with his lady and we have been living and paying the bills just the house was in his name), only to have them surprise visit just a few days ago to show up unannounced and had the real estate lady start its listing the next day as we sat there unable to do anything at this point cuz it's in his name.
It's been an emotionally draining time and needing money to afford to get our stuff out.
