First time I've ever doodled a Lugia. Thank god they aren't complicated like a butt load of other shit.
I really wanted to upload it as I'm rather pleased with how he came out.
I may or may not figure out some name and characteristics for the Lugia dude, that way he's not just "an Lugia."
