Who knew that hitting "Continue" after Lili caused a Game Over wouldn't go back to a checkpoint, but instead continued on to what Lili did after digesting Miriam. It looks like she traded in her regular bunny suit for a reverse bunny suit (along with some familiar looking boots), and is showing off her well deserved gains. To whom? Probably a significant other of hers (my money is on Lamashtu, they'd make a cute couple).
She also seems to have acquired a rose mark like Miriam's, but this one is probably just for show and not a gradual corruption. Or maybe it's the last remnant of Miriam, forced to be demon bunny girl pudge for all eternity? Eh, probably. Lili still looks great.
