As SD9 finished his mission, he lifted the target he had pinned down and proceed to gulp her all up, pulling her hoodie off in the process.

All the scooby doo facts had been told to the target, now to ensure it was secured for an indeterminate amount of time. The experiment proudly started to pat away all the saliva on his cheeks with her hoodie. Not like she'd need it where she currently was.
