An in-law of Samantha, an aunt in-law in this instance. Harper is Emerald's Hisuian Typhlosion partner. The duo have an open Poly relationship, but tend to keep to themselves for the most part.

Harper was named for the harp-shaped birth-marking on her neck. A very loving and caring individual, if not a big large and a bit clumsy. The loveable air-headed type. But she is also a predator through and through, and will casually gobble people up without a thought. xD
