Not everyone, just these 4. The shirt’s supposed to be the Vegeta part. Boots from Bulma (more in the reference picture I also posted), scarf from Videl, etc

But seriously, Zaro does good work from the looks of this. I do like a lot of the details (both clothes and hairstyles) she takes from her absorption victims. Chronoa's got a lot of work on her hands.

Ah. Alliteration. Yeah, the only thing I found that comes close is "malnourished", but I'm not sure that applies to her?
Maybe... "Minimally Malnourished Majin" could work?
