I've been using https://sexy.ai/ using the Yiffy Mix V34 model as that seems to be the only one that can do vore stuff.

With that model I bacicaly just list what I want in order of importance. Also make sure you have a negative prompt to reduce the chance of ending up with some eldrich horror. e.g. for this story's thumbnail I used:

Prompt: human, messy dark hair, vore belly, hyper belly, hyper breasts, thicc, hyper butt, comon room, sleeping on floor, naked, tan skin

Negative Prompt: ugly, tiling, poorly drawn hands, poorly drawn feet, poorly drawn face, out of frame, extra limbs, disfigured, deformed, body out of frame, blurry, bad anatomy, blurred, watermark, grainy, signature, cut off, draft, speach bubble, pillow, bedding, comic, bed, uneven breasts
