When I woke up today, I thought today's prompt was "harvest." which I had an idea for. However, I quickly realized that today's prompt is "Regret."

needless to say, this story is a bit sadder than most. I tried to put a bit of mystical/spiritual stuff to it.

tomorrow's prompt of "pressure" should end up being something a bit goofier in nature. it won't be related to this one, but just throwing it out there.
