Competitors of Urimori Bakery have been left puzzled at the store's great success since it first opened doors. One common question is that of its overhead costs of operation - all those deep-fried and baked sweets would leave a massive quantity of used cooking oil, yet the grease trap remains miraculously clean without a single costly visit from the collection tanker. Rumors pass between rivals about whatever trade secrets she's holding onto - but unless they start listening to their gut feelings they're gonna have to just keep eating their costs.
