Father hates incompetence and has very little patience for henchmen who underperform. While most are simply let off with threats or a cut in pay some need to be let go.... and straight into Father's ravenous and heated stomach. Maybe being Father's lunch won't increase their work performance but at least they're serving some purpose here. Who knows, maybe the fight they're putting up will convince Father to give them a second chance.
A bit of a less conventional pred but Father was always a personal fave villain and a rather attractive one(I refuse to acknowledge the suit thing) and I wanted to make something with him <3
