The final part. Milkshake consumed, it is time to relax and digest the big cutie in my tummy. She doesn't seem to happy about it, but food doesn't get to decide who eats it.

I've seen the concept a few times, if you're referring to the belly being so tight you can see through it. A lot of Kiyoa's work, which I've been a longtime fan of, has that quality.
