There needs to be a first time here. Some pred stories, if the plot is able to go that way, has several few ways to force a pred to regurgitate prey, especially from the inside, one noticable thing that i recall clearly: utilizing certain plants or mixtures that really make the pred Nausous (though in another, alternate path: the pred had trained herself to resist said concoction, so the plan failed outright). While a prey can struggle their way out *as shown back with Shions troubles, when the girl was causing her indigestion and nearly escaped had Sonia not wandered back in and pushed the girl back down*, don't recall something being done to make a pred really sick/nausous.

preys can easily struggle their way out in first time same size preds, as they're not used to hold a whoole human inside yet.
but for experienced preds, that's way more difficult, as they're "trained" in not letting their prey out.

Could it be possible if Ichigo's stomach is induced in a "Nausous" state? I am pretty sure i mentioned that, or does that world not have anything to make people Nausous?

I think the first question to ask is: Were there originals at all? Were they always little more than replaceable products? (Probably not, but I'm not sure it's been contradicted yet...)

Ichigo was way too casual about eating them. That makes me think about what she said before. Are these clones? And how many times has Ichigo clones them? Also, a bigger question, is every single character we've seen in this verse a clone?
