So I’ve got a question, since he doesn’t reform his prey and that’s considered a no-no and taboo in this world. If he ever met prey that was okay with being permanently eaten, would he be able to handle that? Or would someone else being transgressive in the opposite direction disgust or frighten him?

He likes it when prey struggle and lament, but he'd eat someone who wants to be eaten to cover his trail. He would be disappointed if they don't struggle tho, but accept the meal.
