The gizzard drained the content to the short intestinal track. Now it is time for the bird to absorb the nutrients. Up until this point, the organs has been reducing the organic matter to a paste, that is easy to absorb the nutrients from.

Within a short span, as the intestines are short. Everything will be compacter and packed in the cloaka. Already urate is being mixed with the solid remains.

Urate is the white goop, that is basically the birds pee. It is excreted simultaneously with the solid waste.
