This is the official reference sheet for Cotton, (she is by default a female but can grow a cock and balls of course.)

She has been around since the dawn of man and sin, often doing your standard demon deals, granting the wish of her summoner in turn for their soul and body to be hers, she often will grant the wish but in a more literal term that bites the person who wished for it in the "preverbal ass" a sort of "monkey's paw" style of wishing, that usually only Cotton gained something from. However, if the summoner makes her laugh when they first meet they actually have a better chance of not only getting their wish with no strings but she can even spare them from the demons sick and twisted sense of humor.

Once a deal is struck with Cotton she often uses her demonic powers to grant the wish, on top of reality warping powers she can also , mind control people, bend and warp anyone's body with a snap of her finger, not be harmed by holy or magic items, and force her slaves to bend to her will.

Once she is summoned the laws of both heaven and physics are practically thrown out the window so don't expect things to make sense after summoning this clown, she can do almost anything, and even physics become toonish in nature when she is around.

All in all best way to save your soul while around her? Get the hell away from her...
