Welp! Another old thing, but a much more recent one than the actual ref of this fella, hah!

Look at him being all smug n proud. This is shortly after the smokeorb finished the absorption of another puffball with that tail of his. It felt great to feel them struggle down his tail and eventually become part of him, sure, but... whatever he absorbed from them, there's parts he doesn't need! So they get "expelled".

Though I'm sure he's greatly enjoying the feeling of blowing some poor thing he doesn't need anymore out of his tail as mere smoke, letting them dissipate and become nothing...~
(Or, perhaps... their body just gets turned into some smoke-cloud minion, his to command... Hmhmmm...~)
