Nah, Ahsoka looks tastier now than ever. Plus Pregnant women are a treat to digest as they are packed with all kinds of euphoric hormones for their pregnancy. Maybe once Shaak-ti makes some room after digesting Aayla, she can still make a meal out of Ahsoka before that delicacy can give birth.

I think it means give birth in there, but thats all the more reason to hurry up and get her digesting before she gets there.
