I can truly understand that and appreciate that as a fellow creative. Although make sure to get some proper rest and I'm sending you healing wishes!
One of the ideas I always had, has been a Vore Club where all the dancers have body motivations such as transparent stomachs, Xray body suits or cameras in their stomachs.
They get paid to dance and the patrons tip to give them rub their bellies or for the to eat people. Of course they would also provide sexual services and take volunteers who want to be included in their dances. They also take those that don't pay their tabs.

I would but my drawing skill is only in traditional landscapes and buildings. I can't draw people or creatures, I have tried many times but I defiantly don't have a skill for it which is really annoying.

I was bad at drawing too but having a teacher really helped me get a better understanding of how to approach art. I know financially is not for everyone but if you can I recommend trying
