It's a stomach model by Sandman2480 on fur affinity. It's a blender model though, so I had to convert it and make the textures myself. Pain in the ass to do, but I think it was worth it 100%

Sorry I would, but I can't. It's a private model I had to ask for. Im sure he'd be willing to sell you a copy if you ask :) I'll share the shader files with you if you decide to buy it!
