GumHeart may have gulped more than she can hold in her tummy. Through in case she does fall asleep, there will be a nurse nearby to wake her up so she can continue healing those ponies.

Of course, if the nurse is distracted by something or is in the bathroom, yeah, GumHeart is gonna wake up in a not-so-happy mood.
