-Mecha Eli was making her rounds protecting town and needed to refuel to continue her mission. Most people think she doesn't really need to be active unless there is a kaiju attacking, but she insisted on patrols. (The people who voted against it seemed to have vanished.) Since she is more active, she is going to need a lot more fuel.-
