Oh well, anyways, here's the description of the perk:

"You've learned to utilize the extra weight gained from digesting your enemies to your advantage. After fully digesting a large enough meal, you gain a +2 boost to your Charisma and access to unique dialogue options with certain NPCs. This buff lasts for around 3 in-game days, and can be refreshed by digesting another large snack."
