I'm sorry, I probably sound dreadfully inarticulate, but the sight of your name triggered that little recursive-synapse-twitch that led to me remembering that my friend Arokha had mentioned your name, and I had misinterpreted the reference.
I didn't remember that one early morning when I, in my tireless search through the depths and to the peaks of the digital world, I stumbled across your site. I no longer recall exactly how I got there, but I suspect it was after a long, convoluted journey that had nothing to do with you.
I don't remember if I ever tried to contact you. I doubt it. What I do remember is feeling an instant affinity for the cartoonish, eerily faithful-to-sources style of your art.
Not just the drawings you're currently showcasing here, this small sampling of a much larger body of work. No, not even just those drawings limited to the very activity that this site exists as a gathering place for the afficionados of. (If you can forgive the horrible, atrocious grammar of that sentence, read on.)
By God, no. What truly captured my interest and touched my heart were two other parts of your site. The moderately-sized gallery devoted to Gundam Wing fanart - some of those pictures, such as the one of you, yourself, standing while the wind swirls autumn's natural colors around you, come to mind immediately, and... Indigo. Such a lovely color. Such a lovely, well-designed portion of your site.
As I write this, my eyes are closed. I cannot comment on your gallery as a whole, and so I must comment here. I do not close my eyes because the piece I've chosen to speak from is bad - quite the opposite...
It's merely because I'd like to remember for as long as possible the brief jaunt I was able to take, back into my younger years, when I looked at the shrine you had digitally erected to one of my favorite characters in the history of comics or animated shows.
But I'm a silly person. I've made this far longer and far sappier than it needs to be. I suppose I'll just end with a resounding, if half-hearted... "Good to have you aboard!". Your art will certainly find a great many admirers, here.

Gets pretty freaking dark in the later chapters, but the part with Quicksilver is super fun. You did a few more like this, right?
