Even if she is holding her breath, her eyes are open, so they will get stomach acids in them. I wonder if she will be able to get herself right side up. That stomach doesn't look too tight, so she might be able to.

I think that's the shock of sliding into a stomach. I definitely think she will be able to right herself. Not that it would do her any good though

Good point. It does look like she just slid into the stomach. How much damage the acids do to her eyes probably depend on how strong the acid is, and how long till she can get right side up. Then her body would have to produce enough tears to wash the acid out. That would just prolong the inevitable.

Oh with that much Hydrocloric acid in her face, it's gonna eat right through her retinas in minuted & leave her blind before she has a chance to die. That is if she isn't blind already.
