"Please be careful you two!" Marina called out as 8 and Peal, in her drone form, walked into the boss arena.
 "Yeah, Yeah even if 8 has one life left we'll be fineeee." Pearl assured. 8 didn't share such confidence but didn't object as she quickly made her way to the cage to drop it to the arena.
 In no time at all she was gliding into the arena. 8 took this chance to glance at her opponents who stood on the other side of the arena, they seemed to be some robotic inklings most of which were bald.
 8 couldn't help but snicker at the robots oversized foreheads. Then her gaze switched to the one in the front who actually had hair they looked.... familiar... they had a goofy effect on their body in deep red eyes they also kept a confident stance almost like... oh cod..
 "8! Focus they're coming!" Pearl waved wildly in her face.
 "4..."
 "What?"
 "N-Nevermind!" 8 yelled then rushed over to where the first few robots landed and began to clash with them using her splattershot while still keeping an eye on 4.
 Quickly she dispatched of the first two, wincing as they made us sickly robotic whine when dismantled.
 8 looked down at one of their fallen off heads and watched as it disappeared into a cloud of red errors, when she looked back up 4 has vanished.
 "Where.."
 "LOOK OUT!" Pearl yelled as one of the robots came down with a splashdown and knocked 8 over on her back.
 Given how she was surrounded 8 tensed up and prepared to be swiftly splatted....
 Confused as to why she wasn't taken out yet she opened her eyes just in time to see 4 grab her legs and flash a distorted smile..
 "W-Wait 4, don't!" 8 tried to crawl backwards. She knew she roommate and how they normally dealt with opponents. Unfortunately 4 seemed to be hungry and octoling was gonna be her main course.
 Gulp~
 8's feet and legs we're stuffed into the corrupted Agent 4's gooey maw then swallowed without mercy bringing 8's butt and hips inside her mouth as well.
 8 tried push herself out but her hands seemed to sink into 4's slimy skin. Leaving her helpless as the Inkling quickly swallowed most of her down until just her head remained.
 4 savored and teased her for a moment allowing 8 to take in the strange squishiness of 4's new form. It was oddly comfortable.
 4 got bored quickly though and quickly send 8 fully into her stomach.
 *Burppppp*
 "Mmm tasty~" 4 remarked in a garbled and distorted voice while audibly licking her lips. "First good meal I've had here. I'm going to take a quick nap, see you on your next run~" 8 tried to conversate further but got no response so she opted to try and get comfortable which wasn't hard given the squishiness of her surroundings almost like being trapped in gelatin.
 Through her headset 8 could hear her faint speaking but she couldn't make most of it out it was most likely Marina asking if she was okay.
 "I'm alright... I'll respawn soon..." 8 hoped Marina could hear her.
 Sighing 8 leaned back. At least this was a nice break from the gauntlet she had gone through. Hopefully this doesn't happen again...
