This is a drawing of Ballora from the Five Nights at Freddy’s series that I drew. I’m pretty sure she’s not haunted by any children (if she was I wouldn’t draw this; I don’t really know how Remnant works exactly though truthfully), and the person inside her belly is just some adult worker. William Afton was able to give Circus Baby the ability to deposit ice cream and shoot out helium, so I think he probably would somehow be able to add proper digestion and fat allocation to Ballora.
