Most likely. He specifically targets other predators, the only reason he hadn't eaten his sister sooner is that he actually has a conscience and loved his sister in spite of her cruelty.

I quite enjoy this story. Erin is a good bitchy pred who likes posting her meals on social media for the attention. She has no regard for anybody other than herself. She also does have limits on how she treats her brother. One thing that I don't understand is how she underestimated him so much. Maybe she got cocky, and assumed that since she had eaten so many people, that she could eat Josh, since she thought that he wasn't eating anyone. Maybe it was just a handwave in the plot, or it could be Erin's narcissistic self deception. It doesn't really matter, since Josh ate her anyways. I also like how casual the mother is about her children eating each other. Casual fatal vore is kinky, although I think there would be larger families to keep the population up with so many being eaten.
I also like the chat in Erin's stream. They don't care about her, but just want to see vore.
I also wonder if Annie will become Josh's girlfriend.

Anyways, good story. I haven't read much of your writing, because I am picky, and dislike f/m vore.

I'm glad you enjoyed the story. I wasn't very explicit with the world building, so I'll clarify some things here. This takes place in a man eat man world where vore is normalized as a form of social Darwinism. Essentially, if someone is eaten they lose all human rights and the act more or less considered good, since it strengthens the gene pool. The weak are preyed upon by the strong and live in fear of being eaten. Preds are both feared and admired in society.

The reason that Erin didn't know Josh was a pred is because he is ashamed of it and doesn't take any pleasure in the act. He became a pred in self-defense, he looks weak and acts timid, so people naturally thought he would make for easy prey, however, he is deceptively strong and was able to turn the tables on his would-be-predators.

I like social Darwinism in a society where vore is normalized. I like it when no one else cares when the prey is eaten and being digested in a stomach, just a short distance away.
One problem with social Darwinism is teamwork. Small groups of friends or family can help defend each other against preds, or help subdue prey. A group of lesser preds could hold down, and feed a slightly stronger pred to one of their members. IDK, but this might be looked down upon. Obviously Erin didn't care about her brother, and wasn't going to help him, if he needed it, but I think a social Darwinist vore society, might encourage tribalism. Of course I could just be overthinking it.
The point about Josh hiding his predatory abilities makes sense, but I think that he could be more confident, since he knows that he is not in much danger of being eaten. I wonder if Josh had been less fearful of Erin, and had threatened her back, if she would have backed down from trying to eat him. I assume that him acting weak was Erin's last chance to be a decent person. If he had showed Erin that he could eat her, then her decision of whether or not to try, could have been affected by self-preservation.

Anyways, if you write more stories, I will probably read them, unless they have my blacklisted tags in them.

Preds working together to subdue stronger preds/prey is a thing that happens, but it is looked down upon as being cowardly and dishonorable. The younger generation generally doesn't take these codes all that seriously, but older preds do.

It's not that Josh wasn't confident, he was just reluctant. His fear wasn't coming from the prospect of being devoured, but rather having his hand forced. He didn't want to eat his sister. He doesn't like eating anyone and has only ever eaten people in self-defense. When his sister said he was lucky that no one had eaten him, she was wrong, luck had nothing to do with it. His kind and gentle demeanor mean that he is mistaken for easy prey, but he is an exceptionally strong pred. He's not actually putting on act or trying to deceive anyone. People just generally mistake kindness for weakness.
