I know almost nothing about Neopets, but that's one cool-looking character. I don't know if that's to your credit, the creators' credit, or both, but her face (eyes in particular) is quite pretty. Nice outfit, too. the sash over the shoulder's always cool. And the dress being lifted up by the bulge is a nice touch, as well.
