That is the Causality Mode, my own creation for Hunter and Hunted. Every CM are between the normal Chapter and Flashbacks, they not count as Act page. Causalities showing what happened in real life and uncut, I mean it.

The voicebox and windpipe crush are amazing, but I feel sick if I stare to long on it.

From the human internal med. anatomy bust (2021 Edition) plus Frillneck Lizard neck anatomy to Chertok:

Carotid Artery/Arteries = Red
Trachea/Windpipe = Blue
Spinal Column = White
Larynx/Voicebox = Violet
Esophagus = Pink

Inner Neck Flesh = Darkred
Skin = Green
Clothes = His Color

"The rope is pulled so much it crushes the windpipe, it doesn't open anymore for Chertok to breath again.
The side effect is it constrict the windpipe, preventing the intake of air into the lungs, and compress the Carotid arteries, cutting oxygenated bloodflow to the brain and the rope is used to crush the voicebox, preventing Chertok from calling/screaming out. Not only does it crush the voicebox it collapses most blood circulation to the brain. Seconds later the brain starts to shut down and therefore the heart stops beating, which cuts all fresh blood to the brain to zero. Once Miss Janet cut the blood supply to the brain, the fresh blood can't reach Chertoks brain in time, the black out comes in a few seconds, then Chertok get dizzy and if blood wouldn't reach his brain he would pass out in another short few seconds. The blue colored lips, eyes tears and runny nose show Chertok have a strong lack of oxygen, he is very close to the Exitus, the brain tried to became fresh air and blood from other sections of the head. Chertoks acting to hold the rope to free himself is an typical last try to avoid his inevitable fate. Even worse is, he is very small and can't reach the ground, plus the lifting up from her make it quicker. The final result is a "silent" death by Asphyxiation/Suffocation."

He survived the attack, Ted Boo landing on Miss Janets shoulder and strangled she with his snake body, in surprise and shock she stopped the strangulation. Chertok falling forwards on his knees and belly, he was knocked out by the high blood pressure that flows rapidly through his Carotid Arteries in his head after the release. After seconds he came back, he kneed and cought extreme, his eyes are closed with teardrops and he holding his neck.

I think you have experiances with the black out.
It is the same if you awake at the morning and standing up from the bed or from sitting very quickly, you feeling dizzy, lightheaded and became a black vision.
