This is Tinto'no Telepurzchaal, an imp from that one hot place underground. Her names a bit of a mouthful (lol) so she goes by the much more manageable name of Tina.

Her purpose is that of sin collection. And she does this by, you guessed it, eating people. And the more sinful a person is, the better they taste to her. So a good or well meaning person is just revolting to her, absolutely disgusting to the taste buds. So her best targets usually tend to be those who are about as ravenous as her.

She does need to be wary of those who are more innocent in their nature, as any slip ups on her part could wind her up in their gut instead.
