Logan's healing factor has been keeping the mutant from completely digesting and becoming Satient Fat on the Beast's belly which was meant to be punishment for the long-lived mutant.

But Logan's Healing factor instead turned the table as the annoyed Blue feline Mutant became fatter as his belly continued the loop of trying to digest Logan who found the situation very hot as he enjoyed himself inside Mccoy's Belly while the Blue Mutant just wanted Logan out of his belly which is proving drifficult.
