Production slow down continues - Production of new art is about half of what I normally can do as its been very hard to deal with the construction noise lately. Yesterday was a good example of what's been going on for the past 3 weeks. At 7:30am there was a very loud machine working next to the building and it was so bad that I had to go out for much of the day. Talking to those that run the place several of my neighbours have asked how long this is going to continue, we should get an answer sometime in the next week. The only times that any production can be done is weekends, holidays and the occasional weekdays when the noise isn't as severe, I'm hoping to start the raffle picture later today but should be able to by tomorrow for sure.

* Commission status, reopening soon - I haven't been doing them for a long time because of the injury that wiped out most of 2023. Now that said injury is basically gone and I've gotten a couple of inquiries about commissions I'm going to be setting my status to available sometime in the next week or two. 1. The big news first - The horrid next door neighbor and their moocher have moved out! For the past few years they
have both made life very difficult, during the past year it became unbearable at times. The breaking point happened last month
when open warfare broke out between them, me and the people living below them as we'd had enough of them. For the past few
months the constant drama had taken a big toll on my health, and my artwork had stopped. The horrid neighbor and their Moocher
had hundreds of complaints racked up against them. I believe that management finally got tired of their constant crap and asked
them to leave, my reaction to their departure... "YES!! Liberation!"

The question I'm asking now is whose going to move in...
