What exactly comes to mind, when one thinks of Quality, in a given website?

For me its certain things like whether the website works well or not, as well as the community fostered by those who participate in it (as well as other factors), and above all else community safety.

If we were to rate a website similar to this one (Mecca's Wormhole is such an example, which I will list here.), but not actually THIS website (of course not this website! This website is a perfect place for vorephiles! Really!), we can see that there's a lot of glaring problems in its HTML format, the chat software is horrible and offers no way to screen or block people with any decency.
