Ok, I have good news...I guess. I have to follow the following instructions:
I have to drink more water.
Lose weight and keep a healthy diet. (I am working on it, I'm starting to lose weight yay!)
The most important part is to do exercises to fortify the lower part of my back, pelvis, and legs. I can do it at home BUT my medic recommended assisting at least 10 physiotherapy sessions 2-3 times weekly.
So...what is my next move?
Well, I'm trying to get physiotherapy in Social Security which is a "Free" Public Medical Service because I don't have enough money for a private one which costs 45$ per 1-hour session. I'm surviving thanks to the pills the Orthopedic prescribed for me and the lumbar support belt I have to use...
