I love it when a pred/feedee eats so much that they start to moan and grown as their belly ripples in both pain and pleasure. Stomach acid bubbling and churning up a storm making large gastric bubbles. Rubbing there overstuffed gut in discomfort as the violently active belly grows louder and louder with bubbly gurgles until all the gas bubbles travel up making a noticeable bugle in the throat. As thier cheeks puff out to indicate what's to come and release the massive loud belch that was stewing up in their stomach.
