Heya, I know I've been slow on getting out stories this year - halfway through the year already and no stories yet, oof - but I have a bunch of WIPs I need to find time to buckle down and polish up for posting. But in the meanwhile, if you like my stuff, I'd recommend checking out the works of a good friend of mine on this site for years who's just took their first foray into writing for Eka's.

 AzuraFateburn is an RP partner and friend of mine who's a creative and talented writer, despite grammar not being their strong suit. As such, they contacted me and another friend/writer on the site to help polish their stories for posting. 95% of the words in their stories are their own, we've just tidied it up here and there to make it read and flow better. So, funny story! I complete forgot I never followed up on the second pred/prey poll for DDLC pairings I made. For those who weren't around when I did this the first time, Feeding the Bookroom came about as a result of me putting up a strawpoll for who people wanted to see as pred and prey from DDLC. Yuri won the pred poll and both Monika and Sayori tied in the prey poll, giving us that story. I'd put up a second poll shortly after, streamlined into a bunch of pred/prey pairings for simplicity's sake. I didn't intend to follow-up with another story like that QUITE yet but put it as a buffer while I was writing another story.

And then I opened requests for the first time. And one of those ended up being a DDLC story. And the poll completely escaped my mind, about six months...

So, with finals for classes now over, and with what time of year it is, why not be a little generous? I'm opening up requests again, same deal as last time. If you didn't see the last time I opened requests, just leave a comment on this blog post with a request on what kind of story you'd like to see. Adding a bit of a story prompt to go with it helps, but at minimum, give me what characters you wanna see, where they're from if pulling from an existing property, and at least a rough summary of where you want the plot to go and I might pick your request. I'll take existing property requests (if I know the property well enough) and requests without any preexisting characters, but I will NOT take any requests of existing OCs, especially if they aren't yours.

So while most of my stories hover at 300-400 views on them, save for my recent DDLC story at around 700, my FNF story BLEW that out of the water with 1000 views! Views don't mean everything and aren't the strongest statistic for gauging reader enjoyment, I realize, but still! Big number! Big number make brain happy! Add in that I've been suffering a little from writer's block, and I figured I should do something special to thank you all (or maybe the one guy who just happens to read that story a 100 times a day lol).
