Anakin has always been hungry. And for some time now, he's been eating quite differently than any other living thing, now he's devouring different kinds of life essence, keeping it in his stomach to excite himself, or simply digesting it, which is just as good for him.

Padme has already noticed his enormous hunger, he decides to go outside in the evening and when he comes back he has a huge belly and is happy about it.

Sometimes he asks her to rub his belly, cuddle him, hug him and kiss him.
This pleases Anakin and apparently helps him to digest his food faster.
Sometimes he also apologizes for his recurring gases.
But since they only excite him more, he asks Padme to stay with him and to inhale with him these sounds and smells, just to relax....

Anakin had developed very special needs during the cast on Tonka-Lonphar 5. Since there were only beetles in the world for feeding, Anakin wanted to feel something really juicy in his stomach.
